Depending on where you’re from, imagining a cool creative space in your hometown can be difficult. In this episode, Nick talks to the founders of BLNK Studios, Nick Caveda and Seth Charles, about why they (and Daytona Beach) needed an art/photo studio.
Along with being a rental space for photographers, videographers, and super-handsome podcasters, BLNK wants to serve as a gallery for local artists. Also appearing on this episode is Sapphire Servellon, a founder of art collective Psych Cat, and curator of the show Residual Self-Image which opens at BLNK on April 30. The show includes four Orlando artists: Scott Chamberlin, Anthony Darby, Matthew Kamm, and Scott White.
