Liz Doerr baked from a young age, helped along by some very strategic lies from her mom. In the middle of grad school, she realized that creating desserts gave her more joy than her day job. Orlandough was born.

Now one year into baking sweets full time, she’s found some success but still has time to have her doubts. We discuss various anxieties, take a donut quiz, and find a way to retrofit treadmills. It makes sense if you listen.
