Cooking in stereo

Yes, I’d like to be better at brining and pickling. Knowing the difference between an aioli and a remoulade. Finding truffles, tasting the differences in high-end salts. And wine too! Although I think the problem with wine is I pair them with salt. And by pair them, I mean I put salt in my wine.

Until I get better at all that, I’ll keep making music to listen to whilst cooking.
